About Us & Our Community
Running Springs is located high in the San Bernardino Mountains of Southern California , minutes to Snow Valley Ski Resort, Rim Nordic Ski Area, Sky Park at Santa's Village, Pali Mountain and Lake Arrowhead. The Giant Oaks Lodge has become one of the most popular hotels for mountain guests and is within easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The Giant Oaks Lodge offers private mountain rooms and cozy cabins with king or queen beds, in room spa tubs, stone fireplaces, HDTV with HBO, ESPN, Disney Channel & many more, telephone, wireless internet, microwave ovens and refrigerators.
Amenities
We have a variety of amenities to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible. All rooms have microwave and refrigerator, family cabin has 3/4 kitchen (no oven). Cable TV is available in every room. We provide complimentary high-speed internet. Our indoor heated pool and spa are available 9 am to 9 pm by reservation only. We have a reservation/pool key check out list in our lobby. Room key must be traded for pool key. Due to the Covid 19 issue only one room at a time can use the pool for privacy and safety. No outside guests or visitors are allowed.
Outdoors and local activities
The Giant Oaks Lodge is in Running Springs between Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear Lake. Sky Park at Santa's Village 5 miles west of us and Snow Valley Ski Resort 5 miles to the east. Big Bear Lake and Green Valley Lake are available to the public. Lake Arrowhead is a private lake but has a beautiful village to explore. Nearby fishing, hiking and mountain bike trails. Restaurants within walking distance. On our grounds we have ping pong, BBQ areas, our indoor pool and spa, koi pond with stream and relaxing lawn area.
